Reservation and Cancellation Policy

This policy establishes the terms and conditions regarding reservations and cancellations for the stays offered. By making a reservation, the client agrees to the following rules:

1. Advance payment for reservations
   • For reservations of multiple nights, an advance equal to the value of the first night is required.
   • For one night reservations, an advance of 50% of the total stay value is required.
2. Advance refund conditions
   • The advance is non refundable in case of reservation cancellation, regardless of the reason.
3. Shortening the reserved period
   • If the stay period is reduced before it begins, the advance remains non refundable.
   • If the stay period is reduced during the stay, the full amount paid for the entire stay is retained and no refund is offered for unused nights.
4. Advance payment and reservation confirmation
   • Reservations without advance payment are not accepted.
   • The advance must be paid within 24 hours of making the reservation. Otherwise, the reservation will be automatically cancelled.
