Booking, payment, cancellation, and exclusions conditions
Reservation guarantee
For each reservation, an advance payment is required, equivalent to:
The value of the first night, for reservations of multiple nights.
50% of the total stay value, for one night reservations.
The advance must be paid within 24 hours of making the reservation. Otherwise, the reservation will be automatically cancelled.
Reservation payment
Payment can be made via:
Bank transfer;
Internet banking;
Online by bank card.
After completing the payment, please send proof of payment to the email address: complex.veverita@gmail.com.
Reservation cancellation
In case of reservation cancellation, the paid advance is non refundable.
If the stay period is shortened before the start of the stay, the advance remains non refundable.
If the stay period is shortened during the stay, the full amount paid for the stay is retained in full.
Unpaid reservations
Reservations without advance payment within the specified timeframe are not accepted.
Disputes
The rights and obligations of users of the Transalpinaresorts.ro website, as well as all legal effects generated by these terms and conditions, are governed by the applicable Romanian legislation.
Any dispute that arises will be settled amicably as a first step. If this is not possible, the dispute will be resolved by the competent court within the jurisdiction of the registered office of S.C. VEVESTAR TOUR S.R.L.
